  • Discretion - vigilant not to share information beyond the group without checking first.

  • Diversity - dedicated to keeping the group as diverse as possible across as many dimensions as possible.

Outcomes we want:

  • Growth of Irish ecosystem;

  • Growth in level and variety of angel investment in Ireland;

  • Increase in the global ambition of Irish start ups;

  • Improvement in the connection between Irish founders and the best placed investor, mentor/coach from the wide-ranging set of operators in Ireland with current or previous multinational experience to drive success of Irish start ups;

  • Nurturing of ideas and talent that can go underrepresented in the established investment community.

Code of Conduct between members:

  • We’re all grown ups; we will be bureaucracy light with a strong bias to only establishing policies when absolutely necessary.

  • Members do not give financial advice to each other in a professional capacity.

  • Members do not sell to each other.

  • Members do not sell to or solicit work from founders the group interacts with*.

*This does not preclude founders inviting tech operators to become advisors and/or board members.
